HOW DO WE BOOK?
If you have a card you can book online or over the phone. You can also pop in to our Shareshill offices or any of our booking agents

HOW DO I GET MY TICKET WHEN BOOKING ONLINE?
Once we receive your booking we will send you a confirmation email and your tickets will be posted out to you.

If the trip is within a few days we will include your pick up time on the confirmation email. For any reason we need to change your pick up time of have to cancel the excursion we will endeavour to contact you by the email provided when booking.

CAN WE HOLD SEATS & PAY LATER?
No, we cannot hold seats. We will allocate seats at the time of booking.

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes. Gift Vouchers are available all year round in multiples of £5. You can purchase them online or in our Shareshill office.

Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any of our day excursions, when booking at our Shareshill Offices. They cannot be used at booking agents or towards any holiday or weekend trips.

CAN WE PAY A DEPOSIT FOR THE DAY TRIPS?
With the exception of a few excursions, all trips must be paid in full when booking.
Deposits are only accepted for Harry Potter, Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Races & Disney on Ice

WE WANT TO HIRE THE WHOLE COACH, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes this is possible. We have a range of sizes and specifications available to hire.

WE’VE CHANGED OUR MIND ABOUT THE TRIP, CAN WE GET A REFUND?
Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
We will ONLY issue a refund if a trip is cancelled by ourselves.
